Privacy Policy
How aierrander ("we") handles information in this service. Last updated: 6 November 2026.
1. What we collect
- Prompt text — the description you type. Used only to generate the image.
- Technical data — IP address, user agent and request time, used to count daily generations per visitor and to stop abuse.
- Contact details — the name, email address and message you send us.
The service has no upload feature, so no photos or other personal files are sent to us.
2. Why we use it
- To generate the image and return it to your browser
- To enforce the daily generation limit and block automated abuse
- To answer enquiries and handle paid plans
- To diagnose failures and improve the service
3. Prompts and generated images
We do not store generated images on our server. Images are returned as temporary URLs from the generation API and expire after roughly 24 hours; download what you want to keep. Prompt text is sent for generation and is not stored on our server.
4. Processors and third parties
- An external image generation API receives your prompt in order to produce the image. It processes the text under its own terms.
- A cloud hosting provider serves the site and handles request routing.
- We do not sell or share your information otherwise, except where required by law.
5. Cookies and analytics
We do not use cookies for analytics or advertising. The daily limit is enforced by IP address, not by cookies.
6. Retention
IP addresses and counters used for rate limiting are scoped to a single day (Japan time) and are not consulted afterwards. Enquiry emails are kept for one year after the case is closed, then deleted.
7. Access, correction and deletion
You can ask what we hold about you and request correction or deletion through contact or support@aierrander.com. We verify identity before acting.
8. Security
Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS and access to stored data is restricted to the operator.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the law or the service changes. Material changes are published on this page.
