Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the AI image generation service provided by aierrander ("we", "us"). Using the service means you accept them. Last updated: 6 November 2026.

1. Scope

These terms apply to every use of the service. Notices published on the service form part of these terms. Where a paid plan is purchased, the price, delivery and refund terms in business information also apply.

2. Accounts and plans

The free plan needs no registration. Paid plans start when you apply and we accept the application. Plans are per customer and are not transferable without our consent.

3. Fees

• Prices are those shown on the pricing page and exclude tax.
• Payment is by bank transfer or card.
• If payment is overdue after a written reminder, we may suspend the plan until it is settled.

4. Generated images

• You may use images generated on this site for the purposes allowed by your plan. Paid plans include a commercial-use license for these images.
• We do not store generated images. The image URL is temporary (about 24 hours); save anything you need.
• Output is machine generated. We do not warrant its accuracy, originality or non-infringement of third-party rights.

5. Prohibited use

• Generating likenesses of real people or celebrities
• Generating images that imitate third-party trademarks, logos or copyrighted works
• Sexual content involving minors, sexual content in general, promotion of violence or discrimination
• Fraud, disinformation, or any use that breaks the law
• Automated scraping or any attempt to bypass the generation limits

6. Availability

We may suspend all or part of the service without prior notice for maintenance, incidents, or because the upstream generation API is unavailable.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose. Except in cases of our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service.

8. Personal data

We handle information collected through the service according to our privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may change these terms when necessary. Changes take effect when published on this page.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our place of business.
